GDPR - Privacy Policy
- Ertea Slovakia s.r.o., with its registered office at Kopcianska 10, 851 01 Bratislava, Slovakia, processes the following personal data in case of your request for services:
- Name and surname / company name
- Date of birth / IČ, DIČ
- Place of residence / place of business
- Rules: consent to data retention and processing for the purposes .... see above
- The aforementioned personal data must be processed in order to create a job offer, offer of services, inquiry, negotiation of this offer or in order to answer your question. These personal data will be processed by BAST sro for the duration of negotiations on conclusion of the contract, for a maximum of half a year for responses to vacant positions (preservation of CV from the applicant) and 2 years for legal and natural persons in commercial contractual relations. This consent may be withdrawn.
- The processing of personal data is carried out by BAST sro as a personal data administrator, but personal data may also be processed for this company by other providers of software, services and applications, which the company does not currently use.

- request clarification regarding the processing of personal data,
- request access to this data and have it updated or corrected,
- request the deletion of such personal data,
